Craig Ingram, admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1972, is also a Certified Public Accountant. His areas of practice include real estate, title examinations, commercial and residential closings, estate and gift planning and taxation, probate, trust and foreclosure law, and business organization. He is an agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mary Lantz became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985 and began working with Craig that same year. Her areas of concentration include federal and state income taxation. As a paralegal she provides assistance with workouts on real estate transactions, estate administration and taxation. Liz Georg, admitted to the West Virginia State Bar 1-10-07 and admitted to the Maryland State Bar 12-11-07, she prepares many forms of legal documents including: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Minutes, Operating Agreements. Jim Neville, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. He prepares Federal and State income taxes and assists clients with their bookkeeping needs. He also serves as a Title Abstractor for the firm.
